These rules describe what this technical blog offers, what is expected of those who read it, and how far our responsibility extends. They are written in plain language because there is no hidden fine print: if anything changes, it will be announced on this same page.
Buckingham Cloud publishes technical notes on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability, message queues, instance costs, and legacy service migration. The content is informational and reflects what the team documented in its own production environments or in third-party environments with permission. It does not constitute professional advice for your particular case: every architecture has network, budget, and compliance constraints that only your team knows. We also do not sell implementation services or operate readers' infrastructure.
You may read, cite, and share the articles for technical or educational purposes, always indicating the source and linking to the original post. Copying complete blocks of text or configuration fragments to republish them as your own is not permitted, nor is using the content to train models without written authorization. Manifest, command, and panel examples are published as reference: test them first in an isolated environment before applying them in production.
The decisions you make based on a note are yours. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, cloud cost overruns, or incidents resulting from copying a configuration without adapting it to your context. When an article mentions tool versions, those versions change over time: verify the project's official documentation before assuming a behavior remains the same. If you find an error in a snippet, write to us and we will correct it with a visible note.
Inquiries are received through the contact form and are answered when the team can dedicate time to them; there is no guaranteed timeframe. Subscribing to the weekly newsletter is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included with each mailing. We do not publish live comments or moderate threads: if you want to discuss an article, write to us by email and we will assess whether it warrants a public response or a correction.
We may update these terms when the scope of the site changes, new sections are added, or applicable legislation requires it. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date of the last review at the bottom. If a change substantially affects the use of the content or the handling of contact data, we will announce it in the newsletter before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after an update means that you accept the new version.
For questions about these terms, correction requests, complaints about misuse of the content, or intellectual property matters, write to hello@buckinghamcloud.com or call +54 11 4281-7054. You can also send us correspondence to Av. Corrientes 1235, Floor 12, Office 1204, Torre Corrientes Building, C1043 Buenos Aires, Argentina. General technical inquiries about the articles are answered through the same channel.
